The rooms here were comfortable and had everything you needed, including a queen-size bed, a balcony, and amazing sea views.

Everything here was perfect. It was located in a perfect area close to the lake, multiple restaurants and the great private beach, The owner met us with warm welcome. There was a lovely pool and views of the Kotor bay.

Beautiful location really close to Kotor, beautiful Perast and beyond, Montenegro, and the room was brand-new. The welcoming and pleasant staff made our stay a fantastic experience of 7 nights. Rooms here were equipped with a kitchen inside and a great balcony, as for instance. Food for breakfast was great. Loved views over the sea.

The room was amazing! It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchenette to satellite TV. I loved the balcony facing the garden, perfect for some relaxation time. The walk-in shower in the spacious apartment was a nice touch too. As an old person, I appreciate the comfort and convenience these amenities provided.

Personally, I didn't prefer the bathtub in the private bathroom. But hey, I understand some people might enjoy a nice soak, so it's just my own preference.

Great hosts, perfect location for airport stopovers, charming old town of Cavtat worth a visit. Room 6 had everything, loved the balcony with amazing view. Private beach for exploring. Friendly host gave good restaurant tips. A fantastic start to my Montenegro stay.

Perfect location on the bay with private beach, stunning views, friendly owner, adorable cats, easy parking. The sea view room had a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor from the balcony and bed. The room was beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and offered us a late check-out to enjoy the private beach. There were two balconies with sunbathing chairs. The views were absolutely breathtaking; I've never seen anything like it at any other hotel before. The staff, especially Milena, was kind and we felt an instant connection with her. The private beach and garden were lovely. this place was a gem - tranquil, clean, comfortable, with stunning views and friendly, helpful staff. I would love to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We extended our stay because we were mesmerized by the beauty of the bay and the villa. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The location of the apartment was perfect, with stunning views of the bay, surrounded by mountains. It was conveniently situated near several towns in the area, making it easy to explore. the apartment was right on the beach, providing guests with easy access to the water for swimming and lounging. the room was modern, clean, and spacious, with all facilities working well. the host was also very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

There were some unpleasant aromas coming from the bathroom vents/pipes, which affected the overall experience.

What a perfect place for a Christmas getaway! The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during the holiday season. Additionally, having a private beach just steps away was a huge bonus, offering peace and tranquility away from the crowds.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy, which affected our sleep quality.

The views were amazing. We had a very spacious balcony to admire the stunning vistas from. The room itself was also spacious with plenty of storage. The host was lovely and very helpful. The private beach was convenient and secluded, offering a lovely view of the mountains. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly during our 7-night stay. WiFi was available in the rooms and on the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.
